From Malia Frey, your Guide to Weight Loss
Would you like a slimmer, leaner body this fall?  Would you like to head into the winter holidays with a better body?  If so, you can go on a diet to lose some weight or you can change a few of your daily habits instead.  Change any of these daily rituals to get the energy balance you need for weight loss.

The Number of Pounds You'll Lose if You Cut Out Soda
It might not seem like a big deal, but the calories in your daily soda (or tea or fruit drink) add up to inches on your hips and pounds on the scale. How many pounds? Check the list to find out. Then find out how many pounds you'll lose if you replace your drink with a zero calorie beverage.
Not sure what to drink instead? Try one of these flavored water recipes.  The Orange Basil Recipe sounds weird but it kills my snack cravings and it's delicious!

Should I Quit Drinking to Lose Weight?

One of the easiest ways to change your body without diet or exercise is to cut your booze intake.  And it's not just about the calories.  Find out why changing your drinking habits - or quitting altogether - might work for you.

Make Coffee Drinks at Home to Lose Weight
Coffee drinks from Starbucks and other coffee houses are often loaded with calories. And for several reasons, you can't trust the calorie counts on the menu board. To lose weight, order one of these diet-friendly drink at Starbucks or better yet, make your own flavored coffee at home.
