With the 4th of July happening in just a few short days, it's time to ask a very important question: Do Beer Curls count as exercise?

That's what one client asked me, suggesting that lifting a heavy mug of beer repeatedly is almost like lifting a dumbbell. In fact, he said, he would actually be lifting his beer mug many more times than he would a dumbbell, so isn't that even better?

Nice try, buddy.
