How To Make A New Year's Bucket List
I'm a real fan of bucket lists--they encourage us to be sure we don't forget to do the things we really want to do in life, even if they're fun and frivolous. New Year's bucket lists are especially useful because they provide a firm deadline for action, which forces us to actually do the things on our lists. (Seriously, I'm going zip-lining this week!) Vision boards work for many people! They provide visual motivation that pulls you toward your goals and the things you want in life.
