Making Exercise and Healthy Eating More Fun

You know what it feels like when you go on a diet or start exercising?  It kind of feels like punishment, doesn't it?  Like you can't eat your favorite foods anymore and now you have to get up early and sweat instead of sleeping in.

It's true that you have to change some things if you want to get healthy and lose weight, but it doesn't have to be a miserable process.  Also, there are some things to look forward to when you make those changes.  Want to know what they are?  I've got a nice little list for you.
