What To Give Up To Stress Less

Sometimes we exacerbate the stress we're facing, or even create stress that wasn't there in the first place.  Because each stressor we deal with increases our overall stress levels, eventually stress can feel overwhelming, and something has to give.  It just makes sense to give up those activities, habits, and lifestyle features that push us over the edge stress-wise, so we can live more peaceful lives and keep stress levels manageable.  This newsletter is devoted to helping you figure out what to give up to maintain a more enjoyable life.  Think about what you might want to change long-term, and you'll have your new year's goals all ready!
