How To Make The Most Of Your Weekend

Weekends are a great time for relaxing and de-stressing, but sometimes we fail to maximize their potential.  We either keep ourselves so busy that we don't feel we've had a chance to relax by Sunday night, we forget to do things we really enjoy, or we miss opportunities to develop stress management plans that could build our resilience to stress we experience during the week.  Today and this weekend, I encourage you to put some of the following resources to use, and feel less stressed when Monday comes.  As always, you can get more stress management information via social media through FacebookTwitter, and Pinterest--if you haven't connected to these stress resources yet, this is a great month to get more connected.
