Adding up all of the calories, carbs, protein and fat in a meal, dividing it by serving size – wait, how much does a tablespoon of olive oil weigh? Is it the same as coconut oil? And did I eat a quarter of what was in the pan, or was it a third? It's so hard to tell! Now, you can relax.
