 Do you know stress does to you?  You know it makes you anxious and impatient and crazy and, more than likely annoying to others (was that your car trying to crawl up the back of mine when I wasn't driving fast enough yesterday?).  But what about what stress can do to your body? 

Stress can do a lot of things, but here's the worst one:  Stress makes you fat.  Why?  Yes, it's because life isn't fair, but it's also because of cortisol, the so-called stress hormone.  Too much of that and your body not only craves junk food, it actually stores more fat.

That's where the not-fair part comes in.
