The Mental Tricks You Need to Stick with Exercise

 Sticking with exercise involves so much more than staying motivated.  In fact, I put motivation at the bottom of the list as things you need to stay committed to exercise.

The fact is, motivation often happens away from your actual workout - Say, after you've just eaten too much or you tried on a pair of pants are a little too tight.  Then?  You're very motivated.

But do you really care about that first thing in the morning when it's time for your workout?  Probably not.  Then, you need to rely on some other resources and most of those are in your mind.
