| | Hi Verywell Fit readers, Over the past couple of weeks, our Verywell team meetings have become more and more about how we're feeling and what we're doing to maintain some sense of normalcy during this time. We certainly don't have it all figured out. But we've put together a list of how we're taking care of our mental health right now and hope something in here resonates for you, too. Speaking of normalcy, it may be helpful to maintain some sort of routine in your day – including exercise. However, we know it can be really tough to get into a new workout rhythm with everything going on. Today we're sharing ideas for creative alternatives to fitness routines you can try out at home. As we have now been living in this new normal for several weeks, we're interested in hearing about how your exercise regimen has shifted and any content that could help you get through.
