Dear Verywell readers,

The pandemic is affecting us all in different ways. For some people it means spending more time with family than ever before and, for some, it means not being able to see them at all. Throughout this time, team Verywell has gained a greater appreciation for our family even when apart. Today, we're sharing how we stay connected.

This past week was Maternal Mental Health Day. As many as 1 in 7 women can develop postpartum depression and if you are a new mom, being at home with an infant can be even harder right now. So today, we're sharing more about the symptoms of postpartum depression and how to get the help you need.

Finally this week, we're also sharing our top finds for face masks for kids, including how to use a mask safely.

Stay safe,
  Rachel Berman, RD
