New Years Eve is a time for looking back at the past year and celebrating the year to come. This is also a time that many people focus on setting goals for the upcoming year. Resolutions typically involve different aspects of one's life, such as health, relationships, and career. When making your resolutions for the New Year, don't forget about creating goals that involve panic disorder. As you face the fresh start that another year brings, determine what you hope to accomplish in regards to managing your symptoms of panic disorder. Wishing you a happy and healthy 2013!

Creating New Year's Resolutions
Panic disorder can negatively impact your health, relationships, career, and the overall quality of your life.
