 The single most important thing you need if you want to exercise is your mind.  Not the mind that criticizes how you look or makes you feel guilty about your choices.  Not the mind that drags you down and tells you you're a failure. 

You need the other mind.  The one who supports you in your goals.  The one who knows nobody's perfect and is proud of you for trying, even if you don't always succeed.  Your mind is the key to exercise, so maybe today you can get that other mind in gear and get moving.
