 This time of year, many of us are walking around sneezing, sniffling, and just generally not feeling great. Whether it's allergies or a cold, you may wonder whether working out will make you feel better or worse.

As with everything in life, there's no black and white answer, but there are some things to consider if you're wondering whether to workout.
