Primary symptoms of musculoskeletal disease include pain, stiffness, swelling, limited range of motion, weakness, fatigue, and decreased physical function. Let's consider various types of musculoskeletal pain and how the pain affects mobility and normal function. | | | |  | Leg Pain - What You Should Know  | | If you experience leg pain, the cause may at first be unclear. Typically, people assume pain is related to injury, even when they cannot point to a specific incident. Several diseases and conditions can cause leg pain, too. | | | | | |  | Overview and Causes of Muscle Pain  | | Most people will experience muscle pain at some point. Muscle pain, or myalgia, can range from mild to severe. The severity is primarily associated with the cause. | | | | | |  | Cause of Joint Pain  | | Joint pain can range from mild to severe. Acute joint pain may last a few weeks and go away without treatment.
