After a mild start to winter, the cold and bitter weather has finally reached my area and I've finally had to start layering up for my outside runs. If you're also experiencing colder temps and maybe even some snow and ice, get some tips for how to dress for cold weather and advice for getting motivated to run in the cold. If you tend to run indoors when it's cold outside, give it a try -- you may find cold weather running to be invigorating. The hardest step is usually the first one out the door!
