Dear Verywell Family readers,
 
Last week, we had a surprise baby shower for our Verywell product manager via Zoom. We had custom pink backgrounds and played a 'Guess Who' game with the team's baby pictures. It was a nice reminder that while we can't be in the same place due to social distancing, we can and should still celebrate important milestones in our lives.
 
This past week, we got a lot of questions from you on coronavirus, pregnancy, and delivery. While everyone is concerned, if you are pregnant or a parent of a newborn you may be particularly worried. Read up on the advice from the most trusted major health organizations – CDC and WHO - are offering at this time.
 
As a parent, taking time for yourself right now might sound totally unrealistic and for sure it's more difficult. But it's not impossible. Here are eight ways to stay sane by carving out some time for yourself. Believe me, we're right there with you.
