 What's the one thing most people skip when it comes to their workouts?  Okay, some people skip the whole workout, I know.  But the people who do exercise usually skip the stretch at the end.

We're all probably guilty of that, but stretching is really important.  Not only is it a relaxing way to end your workout, it keeps you flexible...something we lose as we get older.  Don't skip the stretch!
