Do ever get bored while running?  I'm going to guess that we've all struggled through runs. This week I have tips for how to distract yourself when you're bored or uncomfortable during a run. One thing I like to do when I'm struggling during a long run is envision what I'm going to do as soon as I finish: Drink a cold, refreshing smoothie. (Check out recipes in the link below.)
