June is Alzheimer's and Brain Awareness Month, and one important aspect of brain awareness is knowing just how well your brain is functioning. While you can use the SAGE test at home to screen for memory loss, making an appointment with your doctor is the next important step if you have any concerns. As with other health challenges, there are many benefits to early detection of cognitive problems.
