Sweet and Spicy Pad Thai

This simple, lightened-up version of classic pad thai will make you forget take-out. It has anti-inflammatory properties from whole garlic cloves, as well as healthy fats from crunchy peanuts on top of rice noodles. Try adding chicken breast or ground turkey breast if you're not vegetarian.
