If you spend a lot of your time sitting, your body probably gets pretty cranky and, of course, all that sitting doesn't do much for the waistline. One way to combat that is to take lots of breaks, of course, but what if you could exercise while you work? When I asked one of my clients that question, her response was, "Oh, so now I get to do two things I can't stand at the same time?" Oh, how I love sarcasm.

The FitDesk is one way you can pedal while you work on your laptop, play computer games or even watch TV. I'm actually typing this as I pedal away, which is, oddly, enjoyable. Find out more in my review and have a great week!
