| | Stress can do ugly things to a person. Here's an example: Two women in a grocery store parking lot having a shopping cart duel as both of them attempt to push their carts into the same space at the same time. Cursing ensues followed by cart-bashing. The loser leaves her cart in the middle of the parking lot, which causes a traffic jam of epic proportions complete with honking, more cursing and rude gestures. This parking lot fiasco could've been avoided if these women had practiced a few stress management techniques. I, of course, recommend exercise. Followed by a 90-minute massage. In Hawaii. While having a bowl of peeled grapes. And a tropical drink with an umbrella in it. At sunset. While watching whales jump in the distance. Fantasies help reduce stress, too. | | Stress-Busting Workouts November can be a stressful month, something that becomes clear to you the day you walk into a drug store and see a woman walk by a holiday display in...
