Do You Have Problem Periods?
Are you experiencing period problems? If so, you are certainly not alone. Most of us do at one time or another during our reproductive years. Women frequently experience a whole array of menstrual cycle disorders. These abnormal bleeding patterns range from premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) to absence of menstruation, heavy periods, to menstrual cramps.

Help For Painful Periods
If you are like most women, you have probably experienced menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhea) at one time or another. For some women, menstrual cramps are debilitating, while others experience only mild discomfort during their period. Find out what you can do to stop painful menstrual cramps.

Menstruation - Just The Facts
Menstruation is vaginal bleeding that occurs each month in women. It is also called menses, menstrual period, or period. When a woman has her period, she is menstruating. Menstrual blood is made of both blood and tissue that sheds each month from the lining of the uterus (womb).

Do I Have PMS?
Considering that at least three of out of every four menstruating adolescent girls and adult women have PMS or premenstrual syndrome, there's a good chance that you, also, have PMS.
