A Note From Simla
|
| Hi Azriel , It's that time of year again!
In this month's article, Grief & Gratitude ~ Leftover Thoughts from Thanksgiving, I invite you a little deeper into the emotional currents this season tends to stoke.
Today's recipe is one of my absolute favorites. Of all time. Quince Jam. Quince, meet Azriel ; Azriel , meet Quince. It's also the first time I've ever posted a recipe with sugar in it! Yes, sugar has it's place. ;)
And some news: - Another media mention! This time in an article about chronic pain (scroll down to see my section called "When Someone You Love is in Pain")
- We're growing! And to help, we have a new team member, Matt, who'll be helping me behind the scenes. You may be hearing from Matt as you request appointments, have questions, etc.
- New website coming soon! Very excited about this one. Stay tuned for the unveiling...
I hope you enjoy your Byte. If you change your mind, you may unsubscribe at any time by scrolling to the very bottom of this page and clicking on the unsubscribe link.

Featured Recipe | | Quince Jam | Success! | Have you ever heard of quince? Have you ever bitten into one?
This recipe creates one of my favorite treats in the world. Quince is a popular winter fruit in Turkey and making jam allows us to enjoy it all year round. This was my first time ever making jam so I'm going to walk you through this easy process step by step, just like I had to learn it. If you're not familiar with quince, you certainly will be after reading this recipe! |
