This seems like the perfect time of year to stop exercising, doesn't it? It's dark and cold and, often, disgusting outside in the morning and we're all busy with work and shopping and parties and all the other holiday stuff...why not just forget it and start back up again next year?
Because I will get very, very angry if you do that. So angry that I will come to your house at 4:00 am and make you do pushups and burpees and squats until you agree, through thick sloppy tears, to keep exercising as much as you can, even if it's just a few minutes a day.
