How To Manage Stress

From Elizabeth Scott, M.S., your Guide to Stress Management

The holiday season can become a very busy time, which can cause stress even if the activities that keep us busy are fun ones.  If we're not careful, the holiday season can leave us feeling stressed as we start the new year.  This newsletter brings tips and strategies to help you enjoy the next few weeks to the fullest and start the new year off with a bang (not a whimper).  What you do now can help you feel less stressed now and for the first months of 2014.  Read on to see what you can do.

Also, if you missed last week's newsletter, there are several important tips on minimizing the stress of the holiday season, but by taking care of your health, spending less, and focusing on other activities that can relieve stress.  Enjoy, and have a great week!
