Knee pain is pretty common, both among exercisers and non-exercisers alike. There's something about all the tendons and ligaments and muscles intersecting (and the fact that our knees have to support our entire body) that makes it vulnerable to injury. Knee osteoarthritis is one of most common among knee issues and, if you've got it, you may think exercise is out of the question. The good news (or bad news, depending on your own personal perspective) is that there are things you can do, even if your knees hurt.
