No gallbladder, or gallbladder disease? Fatty liver disease? You have to eat low fat. Does eating low fat help you, personally, manage your weight? Are you testament to Dr. Ornish's very low fat diet and have reversed the symptoms of heart disease by eating this way? Then stay on this path. But if eating low fat causes you to gorge on sugary, processed foods and leaves you feeling tired and sluggish, and if your triglycerides and LDL cholesterol are through the roof, then your whole diet needs an overhaul. If whatever you're doing helps you achieve your goals or prevents you from being sick, then you have nothing to fear from the latest headlines. | | Is Fat Back?
