| | We've probably all heard about interventions for drug and alcohol addiction, but what about for weight problems? One recent study took obese participants through a lifestyle intervention program that included free meals, exercise instruction, support and rewards. The unsurprising results? They lost weight. It makes me wonder, could lifestyle interventions be the wave of the future? Maybe the free food is asking too much, but more specific guidance probably wouldn't hurt.
