| | A very common myth about low-carb diets is that we don't eat vegetables or fruits. Of course, we know that nothing could be further from the truth, particularly when it comes to the veggies. Did you know that when people start on a low-carb diet, they usually double, or even triple, the amount of vegetables they eat? This is because vegetables often replace starchy foods.
