This week's topic comes to us courtesy of one of my clients, who informed me that she really wanted to do her workouts, but "Time just gets away from me every morning.  I mean, there is so much work involved in getting in a workout - The planning and preparing, the putting on of the clothes and the filling of the water bottle and the socks and shoes and pre-workout snack and what about taking the kids to school?  And..."

When I suggested she simply get up early and take a quick walk on her treadmill, she said, somewhat suspiciously, "Huh.  Well, that seems a little too easy, doesn't it?"

It is just that easy...but only when your brain isn't involved in the matter.  The bottom line?  Don't think, just exercise.
