How To Manage Stress

From Elizabeth Scott, M.S., your Guide to Stress Management

This week marks Mental Illness Awareness Week, Great Books Week, and a few other "Week" and "Day" observances that can help you to better manage stress.  You can make the most of the week by focusing a little on each of these topics, or focusing more heavily on the one that speaks to you the most.  (Or if you don't have time to focus on all of the observances right now, save this newsletter and give them more of your attention when you have more time; they'll still be useful for stress management next week, though now is when others may be focusing on them with you.)  However you approach them, the resources I'm sharing in connection with these observances can provide you with the tools you need for better coping and healthier living.  Enjoy!
