The answer to today's question, "What do you do if you don't feel like exercising?" is simple: You either do it or not.
Unfortunately, I can't really decide for you...unless you want me to and, if that's the case, you know what my decision is: Go forth and workout. If it turns out badly, then you can blame it all on me.
When you're in this kind of quandary, the key is this: Don't make a federal case out of it. It's just one day, one workout and no angels will lose their little wings if you skip it. On the other hand, if you've skipped your workouts every day for the last 3 years, we should probably talk.
