How To Manage Stress

From Elizabeth Scott, M.S., your Guide to Stress Management

Because conflicted relationships can cause so much stress, and supportive ones can be so beneficial for coping in difficult times, Social Wellness Month (July) is also an important month for stress management.  If your relationships are the best they can be, great!  You'll find some ideas on how to enjoy them during this month without spending a lot of money.  If there are improvements to be made in your social life, however, you'll also find resources to make your relationships stronger, healthier, and less stress-inducing.  Either way, you win!  I hope you enjoy your week, and make the most of the month to come.

-Elizabeth
