Technically, summer lasts a few more weeks, but in the U.S. Labor Day weekend feels like the end of summer, and we celebrate by getting out the grill one more time and inviting a few people over. Help keep it low in carbs with these suggestions for a Low-Carb Labor Day. Enjoy your long weekend! Laura

Low-Carb Labor Day
A collection of my summer holiday recipes, including grilled foods, cold salads, fun summer beverages, and desserts.

Korean Beef
We just made this for a family gathering, and it is ALWAYS a hit. You can't go wrong serving this to guests, and it grills up in less than 5 minutes.

Kofta Kabobs - Middle-Eastern Spiced Ground Meat
The richly-spiced flavors aren't the burn-your-mouth kind, but are a delicious change from the usual. I don't bother to make them "kebabs," but you can put them on skewers if you want.

Sugar-Free Strawberry Daiquiri
Can be made with alcohol or not. 5 grams of net carbs, and a serving of fruit!
