Wow, the story of the Jet Blue captain who had a presumed psychotic episode in mid-air this week is scary stuff. We hope he's OK, and we're glad everyone else on board landed safely. Still, I'm sure everyone involved is still feeling shaken up. Flying is one of those events that even when everything goes OK, I'm still anxious. I always need a bit of calming thoughts to feel better.

Are You Too Stressed? Know the Symptoms
Stress is easy to dismiss, but it CAN cause physical problems that show you what a burden it is. If a lowered libido and fuzzy thinking sound familiar, read on.

Causes of Stress
Work, relationships, school, money, and even your personality type can be profound sources of stress. (I haven't been in school for more than a decade and I still have nightmares about missing an important test!)

Feel Better Now
I love how the simple act of taking a deep breath has an immediate calming effect. What else helps?

Letting Go of Anger
How often have you found yourself brooding over something unnecessarily? This only compounds your stress.
