 I often read or hear people statements that assume that meatless eating and low-carb eating are incompatible.  Not true!  There is absolutely no reason why a vegetarian can't follow a low-carb diet or vice versa.  Whether you are a vegetarian or just want to go for the occasional Meatless Monday, here are lots of tips on how to follow a healthy low-carb vegetarian diet.
