June is Alzheimer's and Brain Awareness Month. You may think of resolutions as something you make on January 1, but taking stock partway through the year of how things are going provides good accountability for you. As you evaluate how you're doing, be sure you're not putting forth time, energy and effort into keeping these eight common but unworthy resolutions.
