Back when I worked at a health club, there was this one trainer who told the same lame joke anytime someone asked the question: "How can I lose weight?" His response: "Well, you could cut off your leg." Yuck yuck yuck.
As you can imagine, that never got old.
The thing is, we know how to lose weight...most of us have probably lost weight so many times, we could write a book about it. The missing chapters, however, would be all about keeping the weight off.
So, that's the question this week: How do we keep the weight off...without being miserable?
It really is possible. Really!
