Not all cooking oils are equal, and if you're trying to cook and eat low fat, it's good to know which oils might be the better ones to choose. That said, the issue is far from cut and dried; many believe the healthiest oils to be the ones with very high saturated fat levels, like coconut oil. So this week we take a look at cooking spray, the profile of common cooking oils, as well as a common confusion with a particular type of olive oil.

The Lowdown on Nonstick Cooking Spray
