If you have diabetes chances are someone is always telling what "not" to eat or what is best for you. And although their intentions are good, you're probably tired of hearing it. The truth is that when it comes to diabetes their is no universal diet. Everyone responds to foods differently - you are the best judge of what combination of foods work best for you.
