Who wants a nice butt?  If you don't, maybe it's because you already have one, to which I say congratulations.  Or?  You don't really care about having a nice butt right at the moment.

Either way, we're talking about butts.  Specifically, the exercises you need to do to make your butt, hips and thighs strong and firm as we make our way into warm weather and, frighteningly, bathing suits.
