It's that time of year when the sun finally decides to come out for more than a day at a time and all that sunshine means energy!  Or at least the feeling that you need to do more because there's so much daylight.

What I'm noticing is that the body isn't always ready for all that extra activity, but you can make it ready by adding a little intensity to your workouts.  You don't have to go crazy or anything...even just a little change in some of your workouts can help you build endurance and get strong for all that activity.

Bonus - Adding intensity helps you burn more calories, too.
