Our creamy homemade mushroom sauce is seasoned with garlic and parsley. White wine and chicken stock dial down the richness (but we still like ours pretty creamy). The dish calls for boneless chicken thighs, but feel free to use breasts for a lighter option. Serve it over rice, noodles, or pasta or with a simple side, a yummy salad, or even biscuits if you're in that kind of mood.
