These creamy, spiralized sweet potato noodles are the best vegetable noodles we've had yet. They hold up well to thick, rich sauces and don't lose their shape. They also lend a subtle sweetness to savory sauces—like this rich, velvety mushroom cream sauce. We've topped ours with crispy bacon for some added crunch, but you can easily make them completely vegan or vegetarian.
