Workouts to Get You Ready for Spring

I'm not going to complain about the weather because I promised myself I would have a more positive attitude.  For example, sure it's cloudy, rainy and colder than a well-digger's butt, but at least I don't have a piece of popcorn stuck between my teeth that I can't get out.
