 Of all the muscle groups in the body, your core is probably the most important.  No, it's not just about flat abs (although it's nice if you're genetically blessed enough to have them), it's about getting a stronger back and stronger abs.

Almost every movement you make in life originates from the core, making it so important to make sure it's strong enough to handle everything you do each day.  I've got some workouts that will do just that.
