Day 4: Muscle Recovery — Take a 10-Minute Walk Outside

You've earned a recovery day! Make it an active one by taking a brisk 10 minute walk.

Day 4: Take a 10-Minute Recovery Walk Outside
Welcome to day 4 of the Verywell Fit 7-Day No Equipment Challenge! Following three days of strength training, treat yourself to a cardio walk outside.
