From Pam Stephan, your Guide to Breast Cancer
Would you like to think about, and read about, and write about breast cancer every day? Many people who've had it would like to move on and forget it. But I think/read/write about breast cancer most days. Why would anybody do this?

Why I Write About Breast Cancer
I was reminded recently of the reason I keep writing about breast cancer. While on vacation, I met a fan and got to spend time just chatting and swapping stories with her. That's what I would like to do for everybody that needs support or information. It's all about you!

Handling an Emergency During Breast Cancer Treatment
You can handle a breast cancer emergency if you can recognize the symptoms and take appropriate actions. Not all patients will have a breast cancer emergency, but being prepared with a list of symptoms and their severity as well as knowing when to get help, can make a great difference.

ADA: 20 Years of Job Protection, Help for Cancer Patients
The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) is now 20 years old. In 2008, the ADA law was changed so that people with cancer will enjoy equal protection of their civil rights. Bottom line: You can't be fired for having breast cancer. Be sure you know your legal rights on the job.

Beat Summer Hot Flashes with Wicking Sleepwear
I tried out 4 brands of wicking sleepwear and compared them for you. This stuff is great - but especially during summer - because it draws sweat away from your skin. You could also look for sheets and pillowcases made of wicking fabric. I want to wear this stuff all day long!
